Spend a Week with the ‘Ulema
From Fajr until Isha’, you are constantly in the company of the scholars — in class, in conversation, and one-on-one.
President of AlMaghrib and one of the senior scholars of the Western world. His classes stand out for their depth and the breadth of sciences he brings — theology, fiqh, hadith, and a trove of stories from our ummah that leave you inspired and proud.
A qualified judge, educator, and researcher with a PhD in Comparative Islamic Law. He heads the Department of Fiqh at Knowledge International University and has taught across the globe, blending scholarly depth with the realities of contemporary life.
The teacher and the poet. Known for his unique storytelling and contemplative approach to the Quran, he ties reflections on Dua and Dhikr into every class — a truly memorable learning experience for heart and mind alike.
A UK-based educator, Imam, and author with a BA in Islamic Studies from Al-Azhar. As Academic Director at Roots Academy, he speaks on spiritual growth, the Names of Allah, and practical Islam for modern life.
A prominent Canadian scholar, public speaker, and family counsellor based in Calgary. As Director of Religious and Social Services at the IISC, he specialises in youth education, counselling, and community integration.

Yes — our first-ever IlmSummit with a dedicated children’s programme. Muslim Scouts provide free activities for ages 5–14, grouped 5–8, 9–11, and older. A mother & baby room is available for 0–4 years.
Team-building games, character challenges, bushcraft, archery, boxing, swimming, giant inflatables, scavenger hunts, nature walks, Quranic tadabbur, and reflection activities — inspired by The Book of Manners and lessons on Iman.
Experienced adult scout leaders and qualified instructors, some with 10+ years’ experience. All adult volunteers are Enhanced DBS checked.
Yes — dedicated brothers-only and sisters-only sessions alongside general programming. Sisters have private Q&A; brothers have a late-night majlis.
Comfortable clothing, sensible footwear, a waterproof coat, a refillable water bottle, swimwear and towel, and any necessary medication clearly labelled. Please avoid valuables.
