Sahih Al-Bukhari

1,200 Years of Knowledge

Join a thousand-year chain

Over seven days, you’ll cover select books from the Sahih:

Shaykh Navaid Aziz

A Day in the Life

A picture of your day at IlmSummit

Start your day with the hum of adhkar and circles of Quran as you watch the sun rise over the cozy British country manor you’ll call home for the week.

While the kids are off on adventures of arts, crafts, sport and storytelling, you’ll spend the day immersed in the hadith of Rasulullah — from Aqidah to Tazkiyah and more.

Unwind over table tennis or snooker, take a dip in the pool after hours — and that’s when you hear about Shaykh Waleed’s impromptu halaqa, or the sisters’ games night in the hall. With all meals included and spaces for games and recreation, everything you need is in one place.

What’s Included

Not just information — transformation

This isn’t a series of lectures. It’s a tight-knit communal experience where you bond with students from around the UK and beyond. Leave as a better Muslim, parent, friend, and community member.

Beyond the classroom

The best part of IlmSummit is the time you spend with the instructors. From Fajr until Isha’, you are constantly in the company of the ‘ulema — conversation, questions and answers, one-on-one time, and fun and games. This only happens at IlmSummit.

In Their Words

Why people love IlmSummit

Absolutely incredible. By far the best experience I’ve had in any Islamic course. To live onsite with the shuyukh and students, learning the deen, is a feeling I can’t put into words. The best sacrifice of time and money I could’ve made.

Warda Hamza2013 IlmSummit Student

One of the major benefits of a learning retreat is what you learn from the fellow attendees. It’s a given to learn from the brilliant teachers, but you learn just as much from the students. The one-to-one conversations are priceless.

Ghulam HaydarIlmSummit Attendee

Wallahi one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve been on 3–4 day retreats with other institutes, but the level of knowledge AlMaghrib delivered at this IlmSummit, subhanAllah, just smacked it out of the park.

Kaka AliIlmSummit Attendee

I don’t know if words can do justice to the experience. It’s like trying to describe Hajj and Umrah — you start trying, then you just say “you just have to go.” The essence is indescribable.

Amina ShaikhIlmSummit Attendee

Thank you to everyone for making me feel so welcome during IlmSummit. The past week has been among the best I’ve ever lived. Thank you to the organizers for doing a great job.
