New Course: Leadership Secrets
Bismillah
In shaa Allah, sh. Waleed Basyouni and sh. Saed Rageah will be teaching a new course dealing with the leadership secrets of our ummah's greatest scholars.
What will the seminar cover?
Topics like:
- what were the guiding principles that made their da'wah so successful?
- how were they able to reach so many humans throughout time?
- what was their connection to Allah?
- how did they spend their time?
- how did they deal with the tests and trials of their time?
- their akhlaq (upright character) and how they carried the knowledge
- the female scholars and their contributions in this ...

We should also have a section about the leadership of Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Mu'wayiyah, Umar bin Abul Aziz, and so on
Also, if we could include a description of how the khulafa' dealt with problems specifically pertaining to the fitna that arose at the time of Ali & Mu`awiyah/Aisha (rA)..because I feel this fitna parallels a lot to what we're dealing with now regarding followership/leadership issues..
