IlmSummit is AlMaghrib’s 7-day intensive knowledge retreat. It is unique as every student “lives” with the instructors – from early Fajr time until late night, from side gatherings to down-time, from tarbiyyah sessions to meal times, from checking individual tajwīd to group sessions on your chosen topics – you will never get such an opportunity to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience our teachers will offer you during every moment of this unforgettable experience.

The best part about IlmSummit, is the time you get to spend with the instructors. From Fajr, till Isha’ you are going to be constantly surrounded by and in the company of the ‘ulema.

Situated in the outskirts of Kingston upon Hull, the Mercure Grange Park Hotel is a refurbished manor house surrounded by 12 acres of scenic gardens.

With state-of-the-art rooms and leisure facilities, we hope this space provides a quiet, family-friendly escape where our students and teachers can connect and relax, in sha Allah.

Single room £1450 (per person)

All prices include hotel stay, food/snacks -breakfast, lunch, dinner- class materials, and tuition.

When should I (we) arrive by?

You will be able to check-in to your hotel rooms by 2:00PM

When is check-out?

Check-out out is at 1:00PM on Sat. Aug. 24. But we will conclude the full session by 6:00PM

What happens if I arrive early?

You are more than welcome to arrive early, insha Allah we will try our best to accommodate all early arrivals.

When will the session begin on August 18th?

We will be ng the session some time after everyone checked-in. But more details will be provided to you closer to the date.

Is there free parking at the venue?

Yes

How many room types are available?

Three room types are available: Single, Double, and Triple.

Can I register for the lectures without any accommodation?

Currently, we are only selling packages with on-site accommodation. This may change in the future, subject to availability.

What if I want to register for a shared room but don’t have family or friends who want to come with me?

We will do our best to allocate a shared room for you, but this is not guaranteed.

Will I get recordings of the classes?

No recordings are available for Ilmsummit classes.

What subjects are being covered this year?

You will receive the comprehensive list of subjects and topics for the upcoming Ilmsummit in late June or early July.

Is there babysitting available?

We regret to inform you that babysitting services are unavailable during the Ilmsummit program.

Is there a kids' program available?

We are working on a kids’ program for Ilmsummit, and more details will be available soon.

What is the age group for children's program?

The children’s program’s age range will likely be 4-15, but more details will be available soon.

Does Ilmsummit offer financial aid or scholarships?

Currently, Ilmsummit does not provide financial aid or scholarships for participants.

Are there any assistance programs available for Ilmsummit?

While financial aid and scholarships are unavailable, Ilmsummit offers installment plans to help participants manage their payments effectively.

How can I take advantage of the installment plans?

Participants can select the installment plans during the registration process. This option enables them to make payments in installments, with adjusted amounts, ensuring flexibility while meeting their financial considerations.
